Bryan Bowen is a principal architect at Caddis, a 14 year old Boulder architecture firm. Caddis serves clients in the design of innovative communities, ski resorts, cohousing, single family homes, net-zero homes and communities, affordable housing, and mixed-use/commercial projects, while preserving our humanscale, more whimsical work. Bryan sits on the City of Boulder’s Planning Board and the City’s Design Advisory Board, and spent a year as the ex-officio representative of Planning Board to the Landmarks Board. He has also taught green building at Naropa University and has founded a combined for/non-profit building sustainable communities in South Africa. Bryan lives in Wild Sage Cohousing, in the Holiday Neighborhood.
